The Conmix group of companies was first established in 1953 under our founder Mr. A.M.I.N. Marikar. It started as a construction & trading firm with considerable involvement in major projects in the central province of Sri Lanka such as in the Peradeniya University Complex (1960's), Mahaweli Development Project (1980's) and Gamudawa Development Project (1990's). Since then the group have evolved into 5 major sectors of Sri Lanka that includes the Construction, Building Material, Distribution, Power Generation and Real Estate Industries.
